:

1.

That on the 2nd. instant he received instruc-

-tions from his Executive Engineer to make an inspection of Roads outside Victoria and report extent of Storm damage there-

-to, but he failed to do so.

2.

That he failed to supply information for the preparation of Contractor's Certificates for Maintenance of

Roads and Bridges for the month of May.

3.

That on the 7th. instant he received written

instructions from his Executive Engineer to report himself at

the Public Works Office but he failed to obey.

4.

That on the 9th. instant he was found to be

in his abode suffering from drink and refused to report himself

to his Executive Engineer.

5.
